How do I bet?          

Once you have an account, you need to deposit money into your account. This can be done in using the MTN, Airtel  and Africell network. Send your funds via MTN Mobile Money Playbill to ............., including your username as a reference.

The second method is to send your funds via Airtel Money to ..............., including your username as a reference. The third method is by depositing cash in any of our shops or using africel network You need to make sure you have enough funds in your account to make the bet. Minimum bet is 1,000 UGX. Once the funds appear on your account, you can start to bet.

Go to the sport and matches you want to bet on and simply click on each selection you want to add to your bet, and it automatically fills up your bet slip with your selections. Once you complete your bet slip, you enter your stake and submit the bet.

What happens when my bet wins?

When your bet wins, the winnings will automatically be added to your online account. If there’s a slight delay in this process, it’s because a certain result is awaiting confirmation from the match’s governing body.

What is the maximum number of selections/teams I can include in my bet slip?    

You can place bet as many as you can on one ticket but the payout should not exceed our Maximum payout of 150,000,000/=.

What is the minimum number of selections/teams I can include in my bet slip?     

The minimum number of selections/teams in your bet slip is one (1).

When I try to register, your system doesn’t accept my chosen password. What do I do?       

 You must make sure your password is at least 6 characters long and includes both letters and numbers.

How do I change my online password?         

 We do have an option on gal sport betting site where you can do reset your password.

I sent money to my online account and it is not reflecting, why?

Crediting your account is done instantly, If your account hasn't reflected within in a range of seconds, kindly call our customer service centre  will follow up with those details. Please also make sure you send the stake to the right account with the right reason and do not delete your confirmation SMS until they are clear.

Can I send money to my account using another number?

"Yes you can but include your id number as the reason."

How many times can I withdraw?

There are no limits set on the number of withdrawals you can make.
